The director of IIDCYA said that the agency aims to cover the cultural, social, sports and health issues related to children and young adults.
Mohsen Chiniforoushan said the institute needs collaboration of Education, Health, Culture and Islamic Guidance ministeries.
The agency will go online on December 7 concurrent with the World Children's Day, should required funds materialize.
